30 Journal Prompts to Help Make 2018 Your Best Year Yet

Hey y'all!

I'm making 2018 my so-called "year of growth". I realized at the end of December that I was feeling extremely burnt out from a lot of different aspects of my life. I'm sure you noticed that one of those things was social media. I didn't feel likely photos were aesthetically pleasing enough to post, or I'd post something and delete it a few minutes later (but we all do that, right?).

This year, I want to focus on self-love, growth and genuine happiness. I want to do things that make me feel good and have less clutter in everything I do. I want to surround myself with good people who support me and put as much effort into life as I do. I'm not going to be cliche and say that this is going to be my year or anything, but I'm sending out some great intentions into the Universe, and that's always the first step.

Along with my year of growth, I've started journaling. Clearly, I love writing, but you can only get so personal online before it becomes a little bit too much like a diary. But I figured I should share with you some journal prompts in case any of my readers are interested in exploring their own self. It's such a great way to learn more about who you are as a person and what your goals are!

I hope that you didn't mind my little break from blogging, Instagram, etc. Sometimes it's needed! I think I'm going to be covering how to complete a social media detox over on my new Instagram, so be sure to follow along if you're interested in learning how to create and live the life you've always dreamed of!

xo,
Sarah
